237/365–Open Faced Ham Heaven
This is one of the first recipes I was brave enough to try myself. As in, without Matt helping, back when I didn’t know how to cook very well. It’s an open faced ham sandwich on olive oil broiled bread slathered in apple butter and dijon mustard. . . topped with thinly sliced Black Forest Ham and White Cheddar Cheese. Soooo goood. Even as leftovers.
