198/365–Drunk Eggs

We celebrated Friday with a Belgian ale tasting. Since we couldn’t really expect to make it through both the bottles we opened without some sustenance I whipped up some drunk eggs to accompany the samples.

 

Belgian ale, chevre crumbles, brown eggs–whip until frothy–scramble in bacon grease with chopped green onion tops, crumble bacon on top, drizzle of truffle oil–mix–top slivers of toasted baguette.  Yum.
