A brief moment of each day.

162/365–Piccolo

Please forgive my poor picture quality, today will have to be all about the composition. I forgot to bring a camera with me on our dinner adventure.

Once upon a time, we lived in a neighborhood that was very scary, but had good people in it.  Doug, the chef/owner of Piccolo, was one of them.  He taught us that it is indeed possible to make things that sound unappetizing or have never tasted good before — give you that Ratatouille cheese-mushroom-herb-lightning bolt experience for your taste buds.

Eating in Doug’s dining room is like being let in on a cozy secret, that you can’t wait to share.
