110/365–Last Yellow Mama

This is the last yellow mama from our garden.  It ripened indoors, which in itself is pretty amazing, because we usually forget about things we’re waiting for, and let them go too long.  Not so for this little beauty.  I almost missed this opportunity to preserve it’s unblemished flesh before Matt chopped it up for our dinner salad. . .
