72/365–15 Minutes? Not Hardly

Nearly a decade ago my sister lived with us for a few months.  When she moved out she left a few things behind, one of which was a cookbook of “quick” healthy meals.  This one for Turkey (I used chicken) cordon bleu served with a side of pasta claimed it could be prepared in 15 minutes, and took a little over an hour. . . with Matt helping me.

They must have asked  a little kid playing a video game how long it took them to prepare these things.  Because at this point, I’d finished breading, and was already at 15 minutes.
