53/365–Galangal, Shrimp and Green Beans

The weather’s turned cold this week. It’s making me tired, but this is Matt’s comfort zone, prompting complicated curry and stir fry dishes on a Thursday night. I liked this one the best. Flavors that fought each other for dominance, a heavy hand with the salt and the strange kick lent in brief intervals by the glangal strips.
